About Fleurbaix

Fleurbaix B&B is named after a small village in France where a battle was fought during the First World War and where many Australian service-people fell. The original owner of this house lost her father at Fleurbaix. She chose to name the house in honour of his sacrifice and to re-affirm the beauty of what had been a beautiful, peaceful place.
